Who we are and how we're governed
Lago Grande Homeowners Association, Inc. is the master association overseeing the shared common areas, roadways, and clubhouse serving the Lago Grande community in Hialeah, Florida, established in 1981. Thirteen individually-registered Lago Grande condominium associations and sub-communities operate under the HOA umbrella. The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of owners who donate their time to manage the community's finances, maintenance, and administration on behalf of every member association.
