One example of each type
Each photo is a real example of the vehicle type. Types marked “Named in the Declaration” are listed by name in the Declaration; the others are additional large commercial-type vehicles of the same kind. The Board makes the final determination of whether a vehicle is a large commercial-type vehicle or a nuisance.

Other Lago Grande vehicle rules
- Parking is restricted to the areas designated for parking. (Declaration, Art. X, Sec. 3)
- No major repairs (except in an emergency) or major restorations of any motor vehicle, boat, trailer or other vehicle on the buildings, unit property or Common Properties. (Declaration, Art. X, Sec. 3)
- Trailers, campers, motor homes, recreational vehicles and boats: may never be used as a residence, may not be larger than the Owner’s parking space, may not be parked in guest parking, and may only be parked in the Owner’s own space — the Owner is responsible for any damage to the parking surface. (Declaration, Art. X, Sec. 6)
- The Association may establish parking regulations and provide for the involuntary removal (towing) of any violating vehicle. (Declaration, Art. II, Sec. 3)
- Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats and inoperable vehicles may not be stored on HOA common property except as expressly permitted by the Board. (Rules & Regulations, Sec. 3 — draft)
