Notice Regarding Temporary Transition of the Association’s Security Services

• At the September 29 Board meeting, the Board discussed a brief transition in the Association’s security services. The Association is reviewing its security service arrangements and available options.
• During this transition there may be a temporary reduction or interruption in on-site security coverage, and gatehouse operations may differ from normal procedures, including periods when a gatehouse may be unattended.
• Emergencies: call 911 first. The Association, Board, Property Management, attorneys, personnel, volunteers or other residents should not be relied on as a substitute for emergency response.
• Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and invitees. Everyone entering or using Association property must follow the governing documents, rules and applicable law.
• Please cooperate with any temporary procedures during this period. The Association will share more information as appropriate.
